IV / How we hire
Our recruitment process
EOTSS Human Resources recruits IT talent for roles across state government, working with each Secretariat’s Chief Information Officer.
We review the role
When a position opens, we check that it still fits the Commonwealth’s goals, or whether a different role is needed.
We define new roles with IT leaders
For a new role, HR and IT leadership agree on the responsibilities before we look for candidates.
You interview by video
Qualified candidates meet agency leadership in a series of Microsoft Teams interviews, usually over several weeks.
One recruiter, start to finish
The same recruiter works with you through the whole process, so you always know who to ask.
Don’t see a role that fits? Submit your resume and we’ll keep it on file for future openings.
